EVENT EXPO & PACKET PICK-UP

All participants in the marathon, half marathon, 5K and beach mile are required to pick up their race packets at the Surf City Marathon Race Expo, which is free and open to the public. Participants will pick-up their race bib, event shirt, race tote bag, and other goodies.

*Beach Mile pick-up closes at 10:30am

A SNAIL’S PACE RACE EXPO

While picking up your race packet, participants can also visit the A Snail’s Pace Race Expo in Huntington Beach. The Race Expo is FREE and open to the public. Shop the event merchandise store, visit with local vendors, check out the latest in the active lifestyle space, and take advantage of our plentiful photo opportunities.

RACE MORNING PACKET PICK-UP

For marathon, half marathon, and 5K participants, if you are unable to attend the Race Expo, you may purchase Race Day Packet Pick-up and pick up your items on race morning in the Huntington Beach Parking Lots adjacent to the Start Line.

You can purchase this upgrade during registration for an additional fee.

ADD RACE DAY PICK-UP

If you are unable to attend the Race Expo, you may send a proxy to pick up your race packet on your behalf. You must have signed the event’s digital liability waivers when registering for the event. To verify if you’ve signed your waivers, please visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account and locate your entry. If you have not signed your waiver yet, you will see a large red error message that your waivers have not yet been signed. Please send your proxy with a copy of your driver’s license (digital picture is OK) and your QR code confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. QR code emails will be sent Wednesday of race week. Proxies may only pick-up packets for up to 3 people.
