Transfer Requests From One Race Category to Another
Transfer requests can be accommodated only as long as there are openings available in the race you wish to be transferred. Transfers from the marathon to the half marathon are NOT guaranteed. Please pay close attention to the sell out announcements and make your transfer requests before the race you want sells out. The 2012 half marathon was sold out and closed by January 5th. Cancellations
If you cannot participate after you have registered, please notify us by email. We are happy to ship your participant shirt after the event at your request, provided requests are made prior to 1/15/12. Please include your name, street address, gender, age, phone number and T-shirt size in your email. Due to advanced ordering and preparation, we cannot refund your fees.

Entries are Non Transferable from Person to Person
Entries are good only for the year they are intended. They cannot be deferred from one year to the next and are non-transferable from person to person. This applies whether or not you may be injured, have moved, or any other reason. Thank you for your understanding.
