Set Up/Signs & Banners:
3:00PM - 6:00PM
Help hang sponsor banners and informational signs and banners in the expo tent and along the course and finish line. Groups preferred.

Inventory Assistants:
3:00PM - 6:00PM
Assist in inventory of t-shirts, medals & supplies. Must be detail oriented.
Friday, February 5, 2010 Positions

Exhibitor Check In:
8:00AM - 2:00PM
Assist the Expo Manages by checking in vendors and handing out vendor information.

Expo Set Up/Inventory:
8:30AM - 2:00PM
Assist in setting up the expo prior to opening. Groups preferred.

T-Shirt Set Up:
8:30AM - 2:00PM
Assist in setting up the T-Shirt Distribution area prior to opening of expo.

Parking Assistants, Shift 1:
8:30AM - 2:00PM
Assist in monitoring vendor and participant parking.

Registration/Packet Pick Up:
2:00PM - 7:30PM
Assist in handing out participant race packets and answering frequently asked questions (information will be provided by race staff).

Registration Guides/Bib Assistants:
2:00PM - 7:30PM
Help maintain flow of Registration area and assist in answering frequently asked questions (information will be provided by race staff). Must be able to stand and direct people for several hours with limited breaks.

T-Shirt Distribution:
2:00PM - 7:30PM
Assist in handing out participant race shirts. Must be able to handle large crowds and stand for extended periods of time.

Parking Assistants, Shift 2:
2:00PM - 7:30PM
Assist in monitoring participant and vendor parking.

Expo Greeters & Hosts:

Assist in answering expo questions and directing participants towards registration (information will be provided by race staff). Must be vocal & able to stand for extended periods of time with limited breaks.

Legacy Runner Souvenir Booth:
