You need three things to pick up your race bib at the expo - your bib number, your signed waiver, and your ID. Race Numbers and Packets must be picked up during the CALIFORNIA LIFESTYLE EXPO on Friday or Saturday.  Runners must show ID and sign a waiver to pick up their bib number and timing tag. NOTE: To pick up a friend or family member's race packet you will need a copy of their ID, their participant waiver SIGNED by them, and a note giving you permission to pick up their packet. There can be NO exceptions to this policy. Save some time at the expo by preprinting and signing your waiver -

Packet Pick up Expo Hours
Friday, January 31st; 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 1st; 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

There is NO race day packet pick up.

Expo Location

The expo is located in the beach parking lot across Pacific Coast Highway from the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort at 21100 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, California 92648.

Friday & Saturday Shuttle
There will be an Expo shuttle bus that will operate from the State Beach parking lot to the Hyatt bridge, from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, on Friday, and from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, on Saturday.

Transfer Requests
All race categories are full. We can no longer accept transfers into either race. Please read our TRANSFER POLICY.

Race Bibs
You must wear your race bib at all times during the race. Runners without a bib will NOT be allowed on the course or in the start/finish area. If you purchase a race bib from someone else, you are NOT considered an official registrant and will NOT be allowed on the course.

• Complete all emergency information on the back of your bib.
• Race bib MUST be visible and worn on the FRONT and outside all clothing during the entire race.
• Your race bib is non-transferable and may only be worn by YOU.
• Runners wearing someone else's bib will not be allowed on the course.
  
• Securely fasten your number to your shirt.

LEGACY CLUB       BEACH CITIES CHALLENGE
If you are part of one or more of these groups, CHECK YOUR RACE BIB CAREFULLY for these logos. You will need these logos on your race bib to claim your special rewards and merchandise. If you think you qualify for one of these programs and the correct logos are not on your race bib, report to the Solutions table right away for a correction.


Beach Cities Challenge Qualifiers
If this is your third race in the Beach Cities Challenge (you finished both OC and Long Beach in 2013), your race bib should have the Beach Cities logo on it. Pick up your bling AFTER you finish your race on SUNDAY inside the main expo tent in the Beach Cities booth. Then go show off to your friends! Yeah, you did!!


Race Timing
The Marathon and Half Marathon will be timed using the Chrono Track Tag Timing system. When you pick up your bib number, your timing device tag will be attached to your bib. The tag will easily detach from your bib number and you'll attach it to your shoe before your race. Chrono Track's tags are disposable which means there is no chip to return and you'll avoid the hassle of removing your chip after the race in the finish line. PERSONAL TIMING CHIPS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TIMING SYSTEM.
